8oz cooked chicken, chopped into rough pieces
4oz Ham, chopped
1 tin sliced peaches, chopped (keep juice)
1 pepper, chopped (I usually use red for aesthetic purposes but any colour is fine!)
4oz cooked peas
Make 3/4 pt white sauce (3/4 pt milk; 1.5oz flour, 1.5oz butter, salt & pepper whisked whilst bringing to the boil) aim for thick sauce as you then add some/ all of the peach juice from the tin – so as not too thin.
Add all the other ingredients and warm through (or in my case keep warm while waiting for the rice!)
Serve with rice
