6oz Sifted Self Raising Flour
2 or 3 bananas mashed
- Cream Butter & Sugar
- Add eggs one at a time with a little of the flour.
- Stir in squashed bananas.
- Fold in remaining flour.
- Turn into stoneware loaf pan.
- Bake at 170C for 1hr.
- The loaf is cooked when a cake tester comes out clean.
