Christmas Bun Tree

Yummy!!!

1 pack ready rolled puff pastry
55g softened butter
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
50g light brown sugar
50g raisins
4 tablespoons maple syrup or Agave Nectar

Preheat oven to 180oC then mix together butter, cinnamon and sugar.

Unroll pastry onto Large Grooved Chopping Board.

Spread butter mixture evenly over pastry using Classic Scraper or All-purpose Spreader, then sprinkle with raisins and roll the whole thing into a long swiss roll type shape and cut 1 cm pieces off using utility knife.

Place swirls on Medium Round Stone or Rectangle Stone.

Using Silicone Basting Brush, brush each swirl with maple syrup.

Bake for 20 mins.
Allow to cool and serve!

Arrange into a Christmas tree shape and add a few cherries and drizzle with white icing to decorate
