1 red Onion
Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
300ml Creme fraiche
1 jar of red or green pesto
4 chicken breasts
Garlic clove or two (optional)
Cook for 2-3 hrs stirring occasionally
It will curdle as it cooks but don’t worry!
Serve with crusty bread & pasta or rice.
